Don’s work was exceptional. He attended to every detail, and was satisfied with nothing less than perfection. We could not be happier with our home — it is even more beautiful than we imagined it could be!

Don sees the house through the owners’ eyes – how we were going to use it and how some modifications would make it better for us.  We think all of Don’s houses have a unique look to them. They are not cookie cutter. His creativity in using repurposed materials to their best sets them apart. There seems to be a “Smith” standard that he holds himself accountable to. This made building long distance such a breeze.

Don and his crew have built the most wonderful house for us. It’s been almost four months since we moved in and I am still noticing the attention to detail and the foresight in how things are put together. They thought of conveniences that would never have occurred to me but that I so appreciate. The workmanship is of the highest quality. And when I have met the specialty subcontractors, each is so proud of their own workmanship, wanting to discuss it with me – the challenges they may have faced and the creative solutions they came up with. And each of them praised Don, complimenting the quality of his work and oversight. It was obvious they held Don in the highest regard. Don and his crew were always very quick to respond to our emails, texts and phone calls, which was especially important because we lived in a different state during the entire building process. They sent us weekly status reports that included photos and videos of the preceding week’s progress. We highly recommend SmithWorks Natural Homes.
